1. Subscription Refunds
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee provided your account has used fewer than 150 credits during that period. If you are not satisfied and your usage is under this threshold, you may request a full refund within the first 7 days of your subscription.
2. Credit Purchases
Credits purchased through our one-time payment options are generally non-refundable once used. However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis for unused credits within 30 days of purchase.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following criteria:
- •Total usage is < 150 credits within the first 7 days
- •Request submitted within the applicable refund period
- •Provide a valid reason for the refund request
- •Account in good standing with no violations of our Terms of Service
4. How to Request a Refund

5. Processing Time

7. Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are eligible for prorated refunds within the first 30 days. During the initial 7-day window the full-refund rule above applies only if usage is under 150 credits; otherwise, prorated terms apply.
8. Exceptions
Refunds may not be available in cases of:

- •Excessive usage or abuse of the service
- •Requests made outside the applicable refund period
